1. Services
DJ Linux provides professional DJ and sound system services for events as advertised on this website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, WhatsApp, or our booking form.
- A deposit may be required to secure an event date.
- Full payment must be made before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in loss of deposit. Refunds are issued at the discretion of DJ Linux based on the circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide a safe and suitable location for setup and performance (power, space, and access).
- Any damage to DJ Linux’s equipment caused by guests or the event environment may be charged to the client.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any venue permits or permissions required for the event.
5. Music & Content
DJ Linux may use licensed or promotional music during performances. DJ Linux does not claim ownership of third-party tracks used in mixes or at events; rights remain with the original copyright holders.
6. Limitation of Liability
DJ Linux will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. In no event will DJ Linux’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the booking.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
